BCH Agency is looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will help drive the organic social media publishing and management, help maintain activity, bring greater BCH visibility to new audiences and other content considerations. The Specialist will work cross-departmentally. The Specialist will need a broad understanding of digital and social content marketing concepts and a passion for helping clients grow their brands.

• Assist in the creation of social media content calendars and schedules.
• Publish and schedule social content across approved client channels.
• Monitor social channels for engagement, comments, and brand mentions.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Organize multiple projects, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Help manage and produce social media content and branded graphics.
• Organize and and schedule client social platforms, find new ways to engage and build audiences.

• Writes clear, persuasive copy optimized for various digital and social media formats.
• Designs simple yet compelling assets for use on multiple social and digital platforms.
• Works with multiple teams across the agency and client base, responds quickly to shifting goals and priorities.
• Manages multiple client projects, meets deadlines, and stays organized across fast-paced timelines.
• Proactively brings new ideas, runs with minimal guidance, and takes ownership of work.

qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience, in Social Media Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, trends, and analytics.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills — comfortable working with managers, creative teams, and clients to produce best-in-class social output.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and creative agency environment with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with integrated campaign management and how social fits into broader marketing strategies.
• Genuinely passionate about social media and finding the best way to tell a brand's story.
